How we got here
Pearl Cleaning Services Founded
Founded in Kenya with a small team of local workers, focusing on apartment cleaning and hiring from within the communities we served.
Expanded to Grounds Maintenance
Added landscaping and grounds care, creating additional skilled roles and growing our footprint across residential estates.
Waste Management Launched
Introduced environmentally responsible waste collection, addressing a critical gap in community sanitation and creating more stable employment.
Formal Staff Training Programme
Launched structured pre-deployment training for all new hires, raising standards and improving employment outcomes for our workforce.
Rebranded as Pearl ECO Solutions
